BDO is proud to announce that its Global IT department has been awarded the ISO27001 certification.
IT professionals and developers tend to rely heavily on information management systems, which are not only used internally to exchange a great deal of information, but also externally when interacting with our clients.
BDO's clients therefore expect our systems to be safe, so their sensitive information is always protected during the exchange process. BDO Global IT was certified for ISO 27001 by testing and certification company DEKRA on 16 April 2018. BDO's Global IT raised the initiative to start building the Information Security Management System based on ISO27001 In August 2015.
This demonstrates that BDO Global IT meets the requirements set by the ISO 27001 standard. With the external audit by DEKRA we can assure our clients that BDO Global IT's implemented measures comply with the internationally-approved ISO 27001 standard for information security.
